Q: What are stretch and/or share goals?
Stretch goals are items that will only be included with eligible bundles if we make enough sales. This allows us to ensure that all manufacturing costs are covered by the pre-orders.
Share goals are items that will be included with eligible bundles if the posts about them are shared enough on Twitter.
Q: How many stretch and share goals are there?
We have 4 stretch goal items and 3 share goal items.
Q: Is the digital zine already included with the full bundle?
Yes, it is!
Shipping & packaging
Q: Are there any limitations on orders?
No however, if you are making a large order (i.e. upwards of 10 full bundles) for yourself or a group we ask you to reach out first.
Q: When will orders be shipped out?
We do not have a definitive answer, but our estimate is within 4-5 months (depending on external factors such as the holiday season) of concluding pre-orders. We will be posting manufacturing & shipping updates to our Twitter.
Q.: When will digital orders be shipped out?
To ensure everyone receives their purchase at the same time, digital orders will be sent out after we have shipped out physical copies.
Q: Shipping fees seem higher than previous projects you've hosted, why is that?
Regrettably postal costs have increased since previous projects, and to ensure we are able to fulfill all orders we have had to raise fees accordingly.
Q: Where will you ship from?
The United States.
Q: Does the purchase price include customs charges?
No, you are responsible for your country’s customs fees.
Q: Will you ship to X country?
We will ship to any country USPS delivers to. Please find your country and which restrictions apply here.
Q: Will the NSFW zine have discreet packaging?
Yes. There will be no indicators on the packaging that would suggest NSFW content is inside.

Q: From when until when are pre-orders open?
Pre-orders have passed. Please look forward to our leftover sales!
Q: Will digital orders also end on December 1st 1:59 PM EST?
Digital items will remain purchasable until the end of leftover sales.
Q: Will you have leftover sales?
Yes however, we cannot guarantee what will be available.
Q: Will you host any group orders?
The Vasileía team will not be hosting group orders however, you can find available GOs on the designated page. Please do know that we are not responsible for the success of a GO, and are only able to guarantee shipments to the host.
