No however, if you are making a large order (i.e. upwards of 10 full bundles) for yourself or a group we ask you to reach out first.
We do not have a definitive answer, but our estimate is within 4-5 months (depending on external factors such as the holiday season) of concluding pre-orders. We will be posting manufacturing & shipping updates to our Twitter.
Regretably postal costs have increased since previous projects, and to ensure we are able to fulfill all orders we have had to raise fees accordingly.
